1.售后服務中心對完工工程提供一對一鋼板倉使用上崗培訓，至少三個月電話回訪一次：提醒客戶在鋼板倉使用過程中應該注意的問題，收集客戶對公司產品質量及相關服務的意見及建議。
After the project is finished, our after-sales service center carries out training before the silos are used,We have phone service every three months to remind our customers of the possible problems and collect advices or suggestions in quality and service.
2.售后服務中心在接到客戶反饋的信息或質量異議后，將安排工程師以最快的交通工具趕到現場，提供技術方案，周到、徹底地解決用戶使用過程中的一切問題。
Upon the collection of advices or suggestions, the after-sales center will arrange our engineers to arrive in time to provide technical solutions to wipe out the problem.
3.產品在交付使用一年期內，免費保修；超過一年保修期的，公司將一如既往的貼心服務，只收取相應工本費。
We provide a 1-year free maintenance after the project is finished and the silo is put into service. We provide thoughtful service and collect only the cost of materials.
